TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE.

  • Any order placed with us verbally or via email regardless of whether a booking form has been returned or a deposit paid it is deemed that the customer has read understood and fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.
  • A BOOKING IS ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE YOU RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US.
  • If Photo-Booth-Hire.uk is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will still operate the agreed hire period by extending the finish time of the hire (venue permitting). If Photo-Booth-Hire.uk is not able to commence setup or hire at the agreed time due to no fault of our own, then the hire will still end at the time agreed on the booking form. If we have set up in time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to overrunning of previous activities by you or the venue, the hire will still end at the agreed time on the booking form or confirmation email.
  • Photo-Booth-Hire.uk cannot be held responsible for not attending your event when prevented to do so by any circumstances; these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicle, sickness or equipment failure etc. in the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible.
  • In such situation, our liability will be limited to refunding all of the monies paid.
  • All hires are subject to a deposit of at least 20% (Deposit is non-refundable).
  • The full remaining balance is to be paid in full and cleared 14 days prior to the event start date. Non-payment of the final balance before the event date shall be regarded as a breach of contract and will result in Photo-Booth-Hire.uk’s non-attendance. If the equipment is used for a time more than the hire period agreed the coverage in rental time will be billed to you and must be paid before additional time is provided.
  • Venue’s over 20 miles distance from us will incur travel expense charged at £1.50 per mile for each additional mile after 20 miles.
  • Prices advertised are subject to change without prior notification.
  • Photo-Booth-Hire.uk reserves the right to charge a fee of £20 on all overdue accounts.
  • Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges:
    • Within 16 weeks prior to event 20% of order value
    • Within 12 weeks prior to event 50% of order value
    • Within 8 weeks prior to event 75% of order value
    • Within 4 weeks prior to event 100% of order value.
  • Photo-Booth-Hire.uk reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of non-availability due to damage, loss or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • As part of these terms and conditions Photo-Booth-Hire.uk reserves the right to change the original hire price agreed or paid if the original booked hire date is moved, changed or postponed for any reason.
  • If a booking date change request is received we reserve the right to charge £50 extra or cancel the booking without a refund to do so. We will send an email to confirm the change of date to the original email address used at the time of the booking. This email from us will be considered acceptance of the new hire date, price and details within the email. This new booking will also be subject to all our T&C’s written here.
  • In the very unlikely event that Photo-Booth-Hire.uk are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, out of their control, they reserve the right to appoint another skilled qualified Photobooth operator to attend the event on their behalf to undertake the photo booth operation to the best of his/her/their ability.
  • All sizes quoted are approximate.
  • All goods remain property of Photo-Booth-Hire.uk at all times.
  • As part of these terms and conditions Photo-Booth-Hire.uk reserve the right to amend or alter any product specification without prior notice.

  • Hired equipment will be set at one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once setup has begun. It is deemed your responsibility to advise venue of your desired location for the photo booth and arrange sufficient space for the setup (2m x 2.5m x 2m LxWxH).
  • It is deemed your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained permission at your venue for us to setup and use the photo booth.
  • We need to be informed of any circumstances that would make setting up the booth more demanding including going upstairs, long distances from the unloading area to the desired location. We allocate a set period of time for setting up our equipment at your venue which is included in the price but if there are any complications that are not made known to us beforehand then this will come out of the agreed hire time.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to the start of the event and throughout the whole event.
  • Photo-Booth-Hire.uk reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of Photo-Booth-Hire.uk feels that the conduct of guests, clients or people present at the venue endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. In such cases, no refund will be given and full agreed fees will be due to Photo-Booth-Hire.uk.
  • As part of these terms and conditions Photo-Booth-Hire.uk reserves the right to refuse guest’s admission to the Photo booth if our staff feels they are too unruly.
  • The client agrees to pay Photo-Booth-Hire.uk for any damage or theft of their equipment whilst on hire.
  • Photo-Booth-Hire.uk accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.
  • Photo-Booth-Hire.uk may use any of the photographs from your event for suitable means; this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or on the internet. Attending your event would mean you agree and permission has been granted to do so by yourselves and your guests.
  • An electrical connection is required within 25 meters of the photo booth location at the venue.
  • Venue provided stable Wi-Fi connection required for Facebook or other upload options.
  • By using the services of Photo-Booth-Hire.uk you agree to all our terms and conditions.
  • * RED CARPET is dependent on safe space available.
  • * Hollywood walkway is dependent on safe space available.
  • * Travel to all venues is limited to 20 miles from B1 postcode. Extra distance costs will be added and confirmed in the confirmation email if not requested before in a quote.
  • * Full-day package is limited to 8 hours.
